Do your placement with Broker Network Group
Looking for a placement offering good all-round exposure to business, in a highly successful environment and in a great working culture? Broker Network is an ambitious, growing company offering a number of 12 to 15-month placements across the Group.
You'll undergo an initial 12-week training scheme, gaining experience in insurance around the UK (working in broker branches, broker support, risk placing, and underwriting) and in business support services in Harrogate (in areas such as IT, marketing, HR, finance, and sales).
As part of this 12-week period, you'll complete a project exploring opportunities for business improvements across Broker Network, with your recommendations. You'll then take up your placement position, with a mentor appointed to support your development during this time.
A sponsorship scheme is available for candidates who would like to return to Broker Network on successful completion of their final studies.
To apply: You should be enthusiastic, with great written and verbal communication skills and a high degree of IT literacy. - What would your ideal placement be? Tell us about the nature of the work or project, the responsibility you'd expect, any specific location required, and your reasons.
- Where do you see yourself in the future, and how do you think this work experience will help?
- What project or event have you planned and taken to conclusion? Tell us about your objectives, what you did, and any changes you made to your plan.
