Role Objective


Within this role you will be responsible for providing 2nd line IT support to internal staff and Broker Network Limited businesses.


Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Take ownership of enquiries and problems and see that they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Install and configure new and existing hardware, software and networks
  • Carry out fault diagnosis and rectify results on hardware, software and networks
  • Work to SLA’s
  • Carry out any other activities associated with the maintenance and support of the companies IT infrastructure.

About the Person 
 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
