Role Objective
Within this role you will be responsible for providing 2nd line IT support to internal staff and Broker Network Limited businesses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of enquiries and problems and see that they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion
- Install and configure new and existing hardware, software and networks
- Carry out fault diagnosis and rectify results on hardware, software and networks
- Work to SLA’s
- Carry out any other activities associated with the maintenance and support of the companies IT infrastructure.
