Overall objective
The main objective of this role is to manage the movement of GWP from Non-Partner Insurers to Partner Insurers and to achieve the budgeted Partner/Non-Partner GWP ratio.
Main Duties and responsibilities will involve:
- Supporting the Head of IR in developing the “Placement Process” for moving business from non partners to partners.
- Identifying opportunities and design the project “brief” for BDM’s
- Working with the MI Analyst to develop a reporting pack for Partner/Non-Partner placement
- Act as the link between IR and BDM’s in respect of ad-hoc Insurer projects such as Fortis Legal Guard
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing projects and reporting progress in a commercial insurance environment, have a track record in delivering results and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
