Job Purpose
To provide our members in the Network with a professional telemarketing service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Member brokers to agree activity, provide feedback and resolve campaign issues
- Make lead generation calls on behalf of Member brokers
- Obtain prospect details and other insurance related information
- Complete calls to agreed levels and within agreed timescales
- Complete telemarketing campaign-related administration including utilising and updating telemarketing databases
The Person
To be considered for the role you must possess a ‘can do’ attitude. You will be creative and tenacious and be willing to work to demanding yet rewarding targets and deadlines. You will have a good educational background and come from a customer service or sales background within an office based or retail environment.
